**Description** Wella Color Touch Emulsion 4 13 Volume 60 Milliliters is an oxidizing emulsion specially designed for use with Wella Color Touch hair colors. It is formulated with a low hydrogen peroxide content (1.3%), making it ideal for tone-on-tone coloring, color refreshes and patinas. Its 60ml volume allows for multiple applications. **Instructions for use** 1. Mix Wella Color Touch emulsion with Wella Color Touch hair colour in a ratio of 1:2 (e.g. 30ml hair colour to 60ml emulsion). 2. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. 3. Leave on for the time indicated on the coloring instructions (usually 15 to 20 minutes). 4.
