Returns and Refunds

Returning a Product:
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at the email address Bonjour@maisonkore.com or call our customer service on 04 77 37 39 82. We will provide you with detailed instructions for making your return. You may return any product in its original, unused and unopened condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Used or opened products unfortunately cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return fees:
Returns are completely free. We offer free delivery and returns on all orders to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. This will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Bonjour@maisonkore.com . We will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund depending on your preference.
