**Description**
MUA Makeup Academy Neon Lights Top Coat is a semi-permanent nail polish that delivers a vibrant, luminous neon finish. Its long-lasting formula ensures flawless nails for up to 10 days.
**Instructions for use**
1. Prepare your nails by filing them and cleaning them with nail polish remover.
2. Apply a thin layer of base coat and let dry.
3. Apply two coats of Neon Lights top coat and let dry between each coat.
4. Finish with a clear top coat for extra shine and protection.
